Refund policy

Below is the Lake Happy return/exchange policy.  We hope everything is understandable, but please if you have any questions or concerns, we welcome your call.

Returns/Exchanges:

We ask that all returns/exchanges are made within 30 days.
Please contact us through phone or email to notify us of the return.

Information we will need:

1. Your order number
2. Your return address
3. Your phone number (billing related)
4. Reason for return (include pictures if necessary) 

Refunds may only be issued to the original card used in the purchase OR as store credit if chosen. Refunds cannot be issued in gift cards or cash.
