Returns / Exchanges

Below is the Lake Happy return/exchange policy.  We hope everything is understandable, but please if you have any questions or concerns, we welcome your call.

Returns/Exchanges:

We ask that all returns/exchanges are made within 30 days.
Please contact us through phone or email to notify us of the return.

Information we will need:

1. Your order number
2. Your return address
3. Your phone number (billing related)
4. Reason for return (include pictures if necessary) 

In the case of the wrong item arriving OR an item arriving damaged:

We will get a replacement to you as fast as possible. Please reach out via email for damaged items as we will request pictures. Reaching out to us quickly allows us to take the proper actions and work with our shipper to remedy the situation.

PLEASE NOTE

You are responsible for the return shipping charges, unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of the wrong item being sent, damaged merchandise being sent, or an item being damaged in transit, we will take care of the return shipping costs, and the costs of the correct replacement being sent.
